Skills
I have four years professional experience as a computer animator, working
for two years with Alias Wavefront Maya at Free Radical Design.
At Free Radical
I worked on in game animations for Time Splitters 1&2, including walk
cycles, run cycles, idles, death animations and the front end character
select animations. I also did the zombie animation set which was used
in both Time Splitters 1&2. This set was entirely my own work. I also
built and rigged a number of the character models for Time Splitters 1.
Following this
I worked for one year at Acclaim Manchester, working with 3d Studio Max
on Gladiator Sword Of Vengeance. I worked on in-game animations, for all
npc's, cut scenes, camera set up, lip synch for cut scenes and the Mortal
Combat style execution animations.
I am currently
working for Zoe Mode Brighton Which is one of the Kuju group of studios.
My duties at Brighton include creating characters for cut scene animation,
creating low poly environments, rigging, design and layout for games,
creating particle effects, texturing, in game animation and character
design.
I was initially
trained in traditional 2D animation at Bournemouth and Poole College;
my course focused on life drawing, storyboards, character design, and
animatics through to the final animation and editing.
I have a high level of traditional drawing and sculpting skills
I would also say that I am very adaptable. |
